@Aftabuzzaman: Test large enough. You're a sysop elsewhere, and clearly know what you're doing around WMF projects. So we'll leave this here for the standard five-day comment period, to end at 19:07, 2 January 2018 (UTC).[reply]
Since you've been around Incubator only sporadically, and have only recently returned, I'll just make the specific request that you review the rights and limitations for test administrators above, since they're slightly different from those for sysops in general. I'll also request that you review I:PREFIX to refresh your memory on the prefix rules.

I would like to run for an administrator at the Montenegrin Incubator. I am thinking that with administrative powers I will be able to help the project more than I can now. Not done @Ookuninusi: I appreciate the relatively unusual circumstances involved in this case. Still, as I said when you made your previous request about a week and a half ago, we don't usually allow people who have been here less than a month to become test administrators. And given how sensitive this project is, I'm less, rather than more, inclined to do so here. For the moment, nobody has reported much in the way of trouble to me since the issue we had on Latin vs. Cyrillic at the beginning. Not yet. A borderline case, honestly. Though you've had a few nominal edits in the past, you've really only been active on the test effectively a few days. We'd like to see even someone experienced like you around for a month or so getting used to the idiosyncracies of Incubator, like use of prefixes. I have unilaterally extended Katxis's test-admin status for one month on Wp/lfn. He probably lost track, given that Wp/lfn is about to be exported to its own subdomain, and I want to make sure the transition is a smooth one. However, the status with respect to two other projects has expired, and if creation of Wp/lfn is delayed beyond 3 March, this special extension will not be repeated.   • @Jay Jay Marcus Keize13: You cannot request rights on already-existing projects here. You would need to do that on Meta, at m:SRP. This page is only for requesting rights for Incubator and its test projects.
  • On Meta, the stewards will tell you that you need to open an RfA discussion on each individual wiki before they will consider granting you sysop rights.
  • At Jamaican Patois Wikipedia, I moved your discussion to its proper page, and then stated that I opposed your having the tools. No one else has commented, so at this point you would not be granted the tools there. You are welcome to go to my talk page on jamwiki to try to convince me why you deserve a chance.     Not yet. I appreciate that you are an experienced user and sysop, and your participation here is greatly welcomed and appreciated. Still, there are some differences between Incubator and most other projects, particularly in the use of prefixes. Usually, we look for someone experienced (like you) to be contributing regularly for at least one month before granting test administrator rights. Ask again after July 20. @Ләйсән: I'm not sure what you're asking for, as Bashkir Wikibooks was approved and created as an independent wiki over a year ago.
  • If you want to be an administrator on that project, you need to do two things: (1) Go to the project, and on the appropriate page, open a "Request for adminship" discussion. It needs to run seven days. If the community accepts your request, then (2) you need to go to meta:Steward requests/Permissions and ask the stewards to activate the rights. We no longer have anything to do with Bashkir Wikibooks.
  • If you want to be a test-administrator on one of our other Bashkir projects, just get active again for a couple of weeks and then ask again. I recall your involvement as test-admin on Wikibooks, and we'd be happy to have you back here. StevenJ81 (talk) 13:58, 3 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Cedric tsan cantonais: Thank you. The problem is that Wq has too few pages on its own—policy says that at least one test you apply for must have 50 main space pages or more. (Wt/yue no longer counts.) So there are two ways you can go with this:
  • Go ahead and apply for both Wq/yue and Wy/yue. Wy/yue is over 50 pages, so it would meet the requirement—and then you could have Wq/yue also. I'd hope that you would give Wy/yue at least a little attention from a strictly housekeeping perspective, but you could spend most of your time on Wikiquote.
  • Tell me that you expect to push Wq/yue from its current 28 (or so) pages up past 50 in the next couple of months. If you can do that, I'm willing to stretch the point on this a little, given your strong record here on Incubator.
