INTERWIKI[edit source]

Hi, thank you so much for starting to use the new {{INTERWIKI}} template. I have made a gadget that makes it very easy to add it. When you use it, you click the "Add interlanguage links" as you would in a Wikipedia, but instead it opens a dialog where you can enter a Wikidata ID, a URL to a Wikipedia (or Wikivoyage, or …) article, or just an old-style interwiki like "en:Article name", and it will add the template automatically. I am planning to enable this gadget by default for everyone, but would like to ask you and some other people to test it first. Like I told Fausta Samaritani on my user talk page, you shouldn't feel any pressure to add interwiki links to existing articles! Just focus on doing what you do, adding more content to the wiki, and then use the gadget to add interwiki links for the articles you happen upon, but don't let it distract you from the real work. :-) Jon Harald Søby (talk) 12:00, 15 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Well hello, thank you for your concern. Currently i'm busy at real life so... yeah.
If you understand Indonesian, you may want to contribute too. I will give you some important links below:
  • If you are already familiar with Wikipedia, read Wy/id/Wikiwisata:Selamat datang, Wikipediawan
  • Most of pages are only have opening paragraph, you can copy Wy/id/Wikiwisata:Templat_kerangka_artikel to create outline sections.
  • Just like other Wikimedia project, you can add interwiki to pages (look at the discussion above). It will help ease wiki importing process when it's launched.

    @RaymondSutanto Iya mas, saya sarankan bagi yang bisa berbahasa Inggris untuk mencoba berkontribusi dulu di Wikiwisata Inggris, supaya menangkap dasar-dasarnya. Masalahnya... pengguna dari Indonesia yang rajin menyunting di Wikiwisata Inggris (entah kenapa) tidak mau membantu mengembangkan Wikiwisata Indonesia.     Saya sedang membuat kode templat di Wikivoyage Bahasa Aceh, tetapi kode saya membutuhkan halaman pengalihan seperti dari en.wikipedia.org ke en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page, jadi karena wiki berada dalam inkubator, halaman ini dialihkan ke halaman Wy/ace/ yang tidak dapat dibuat karena tidak mengandung Prefixs, jadi bisakah Anda mengalihkan halaman ke Wy/ace/Ôn Keue?
