Welcome to Wikimedia Incubator!
At the right there are some important links, and here are some tips and info:
- If you haven't created a user page yet, please create one with for example Babel templates on it.
- You can select your interface language in your preferences.
- If you make articles, templates or categories, don't forget to add a prefix!
- If your knowledge of English is good, you can help with translating pages to other languages you know, so more people can understand it!
- If you want to translate the interface, please go to Translatewiki.net and follow the instructions.

Deletion requests
[edit source]Did you intend only the talk pages to be deleted, or also the Module pages? StevenJ81 (talk) 14:39, 10 August 2017 (UTC)
- Both. Initially, I was trying to import the Infobox templates (and modules) from wikipedia, but then I realized it's a lot of work. Hence, I ended up with my own simplified version instead. Thanks. --ⲡⲓⲙⲟⲩⲓ (talk) 14:55, 10 August 2017 (UTC)
- OK. Will do that. StevenJ81 (talk) 15:05, 10 August 2017 (UTC)

ⲛⲟϥⲣⲓ :-)
[edit source]Are you able to import the "Infobox Former country"? User:Bloomaround asked me for it, but as I am very inapt with this kind of things, I wondered if you could do it? But don't feel urged to do it. ⲁϩⲙⲉⲧ (talk) 15:53, 13 December 2017 (UTC)
- ⲛⲟϥⲣⲓ! I can do that. However, I won't be exactly importing it from other wikis. The problem with importing a template (such as Infoboxes), is that it depends on zillions of other templates that must be imported as well. Hence, I will creating it from scratch like I did with other Infoboxes. I believe this is the case with most wiki projects (including top-tier ones), where they implement their own. --ⲡⲓⲙⲟⲩⲓ (talk) 10:51, 14 December 2017 (UTC)
- Well, frequently the best way to do this is somewhere in between. Rather than formally importing, you can certainly copy over code (remembering to add an acknowledgement in the edit summary or on the talk page). And you can simplify the templates in the process, so that you only import the capabilities you need/want. StevenJ81 (talk) 16:45, 14 December 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks StevenJ81! While that is absolutely right, I decided to quickly create a really simple Infobox from scratch (due to my tight time schedule). And, I will be expanding it when needed, by importing capabilities from other similar Infoboxes like you suggested. --ⲡⲓⲙⲟⲩⲓ (talk) 12:07, 17 December 2017 (UTC)
- ⲛⲟϥⲣⲓ ⲡⲓⲙⲟⲩⲓ! Thank you for the Former country template. I wonder if you could also make an "infobox Town" when you have spare time. That would really improve look and fell of many articles. Thank you! --Bloomaround (talk) 17:50, 29 January 2018 (UTC)
