Ghana 2012 vɔɔtʋg la da bɛnɛ Arizum daar, yʋʋm tusa ayi nɛ piinɛ ayi nwadis piinɛ ayi la daba ayɔpɔi daar ye ba vɔɔti gaŋ zugraan nɛ wadmaannib kɔbisyi’ nɛ pisyɔpɔi nɛ anu (275) constituency nam la ni.[1] Masinbanɛ ka ba mɔri tɛɛsid nidib la da san’am la zug, banɛ nar ye ba vɔɔt la bɛdegʋ da pʋ nyaŋi vɔɔtɛ ka ba da tɔlisi keŋ Asibit daar yʋʋm tusa ayi nɛ piinɛ ayin wadis piinɛ ayi la daba anii daar.[2] Ba da lɛn maligim vɔɔt ya’as yʋʋm tusa ayi nɛ piinɛ ayin wadis piinɛ ayi la dabpisi nɛ anii daar zugraan na’anya’ad sɔ’ ya’a pʋ paam vɔɔt la ka di paae pisnu kɔbiga pʋʋginɛ. Banɛ da nya’ zugraan na’am la anɛ onɛ da zin’i kʋk la zug, Zugraan John Dramani Mahama onɛ bɛ National Democratic Congress (NDC), nɛ Nana Akufo-Addo onɛ bɛ New Patriotic Party (NPP) nɛ na’anya’adiba ayuobʋ sieba.[3]

Onɛ da zin’i kʋk la zug, Zugraan John Dramani Mahama da di zugraan vɔɔtʋg la nɛ vɔɔt pisnu du'ali ayɔpɔi kɔbiga pʋʋgin (50.7%) yi vɔɔt la wʋsa pʋʋgin, o da gaad zi’esim kanɛ ka ba mak la nɛ vɔɔt tusa bi’ela gu’ ka amaligim vɔɔt lɛn kae. Nana Akufo-Addo da paam vɔɔt pisnaasi nɛ ayɔpɔi du’al pisyɔpɔi nɛ anaasi kɔbiga pʋʋgin (47.74%).[4] Banɛ da pʋ di la da yɛl ye Electoral Commission (EC) [5]da fɛndis vɔɔt lanɛ, ka da mɔr pian’ad la keŋ Ghana Supreme Court ye ba maligim gɔs vɔɔt la kaalʋg la da an si’em. NPP da mɔr dinɛ ka ba ye "pink sheets" ka di paae ban tusa piinɛ yinne (11,000) ka di nar ye piyamnam la maki ba nɛ gbambanɛ ka EC, NDC nɛ na’adɔbanɛ kpɛlim la. Pink sheets bama pa’al ye ba kaalnɛ vɔɔtʋg zin’ig yinne ka naan la’asi ba ken tuon, nwɛnɛ municipality, district nɛ region nam. Vɔɔtʋg titɔdis

Ba da paasnɛ constituency nam pisnaasi nɛ anu (45) constituency nam kɔbisyi nɛ pistan (230) Ghana 2008 vɔɔtʋgin la.[10] Ba da maal vɔɔtʋg lanɛ constituency nam kɔbisyi nɛ pisyɔpɔi nɛ anu (275) la wʋsa nɛ vɔɔtʋg zin’is tusa pisi nɛ ayuobʋ nɛ ayi (26002).

Coalition of Domestic Election Observers (CODEO) da pa’al nidib ye ba gɔs ye vɔɔtʋg la ken wala ka da tʋm nidib tusa anaasi 4000 Ghana wʋsa ye ba gɔs vɔɔtʋg la yɛla.[11][12]
