Translation request[edit source]

Hi, could you please translate this to Nupe?

  • Guosa is a constructed interlanguage originally created by Alex Igbineweka in 1965. It was designed to be a combination of the indigenous languages of Nigeria and to serve as a lingua franca to West Africa.

Thanks for your help. Caro de Segeda (talk) 21:30, 15 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. Could you please translate this as well?
It has the following characteristics:
  • It is an isolating language with subject–verb–object word order.
  • There are no articles.
  • There is no grammatical gender or noun class system.
  • Most grammatical meaning is expressed through particles that precede the words they modify.
  • Adjectives follow the noun.
  • Guosa is generally prepositional.

Translation request[edit source]

Hi, could you please translate this to Nupe?

Glosa is an artificial auxiliary language designed for international communication. It has several characteristics:

  • Its pronunciation is regular, and its spelling is phonetic.
  • Its structure is very simple and based on meaning.
  • It is an analytical language with no inflections or genders. A small number of words handle grammatical relations.
  • Above all, Glosa is neutral and truly international due to the use of Latin and Greek roots, which are used in the international scientific vocabulary.

Thanks. --Jon Gua (talk) 09:47, 17 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Probably it's the time to request on Meta for Wp/nup?[edit source]

In the past months, you and other contributors are actively contributing Wp/nup, I'm proud with that. But there's no request on Meta associated with this test project, then I'd love to know if there are plans to start it in the following months or not?
