Near duplicates[edit source]

don't worry, i simply created some pages of cities of Pakistan & India because i want to add some latest & urgent news of those cities, which news that have no need to create thages for them. Is it out of scope. I have only 500 or 600 hundred pages left more to be created. What you say?

A few points

Wouldn't it make more sense to create the news articles first?
Wouldn't it make more sense for the pages to be created as categories and not an actual page?
Why is there a need to create so many pages? You're going to have a hard time maintaining these pages and they're essentially duplicates of each other with no difference in it's contents. If there is a real need to create these pages, lump whatever you need into a single template and place it on the pages you intend to create. The pages you're creating are also very similar to Wn/ur/Main Page.
