Do you have any intention of working on a Wiktionary in the short-to-medium term?

@PatrickDubois125 and @Yerzayan 94, along with anyone else interested:

I am currently working through a backlog of requests for new language projects on Meta. In 2011, requests were submitted for both Wikipedia and Wiktionary in Nogai.

• I intend to mark the Wikipedia as "eligible" (probably next week).
• In theory, the Wiktionary is also "eligible", but nobody ever started working on a test project here. Do you intend to do this in the near future? If so, I'll put the request on hold for now. But if you think you won't do this for a while, I'm going to close the request as stale. (Note that if I do that, LangCom will be happy to evaluate a new request as soon as someone is willing to start working on a test.)

• @StevenJ81 As far as I'm concerned, I have no plans to work on Nogai Wiktionary, because I'm not a native speaker of Nogai language, and I have currently focused my work on Nogai Wikipedia. Since the poor activity even on Nogai Wikipedia itself, I doubt that anyone would work on Nogai Wiktionary in near future, except if some native speaker with considerable knowledge of that language appears. --PatrickDubois125 (talk) 18:06, 15 February 2018 (UTC)
