{{urlencode:}} is NOT a template, but built-in function, so please do NOT prefix it.

You have created couple pages with incorrect title. They should have the namespace name first, then the project prefix.

Template:Wp/rue/Year_nav_range[edit source]

Dear Fagusius, we have at the moment two templates for same purpose, Template:Wp/rue/Year_nav_range and Template:Wp/rue/Навіґація_про_рокы. The second one was created by Mr. Чръный человек, his template was firstly placed at User:Чръный_человек/Шаблон... and you both started the creation on 14.10. He already translated it partially to Rusyn and updated some year pages with it. Would be OK for if he takes care for this Year navigation template and his template is used? Thanks in anticipation.
