None of the tests mentioned on Wn/rmy exists yet. Please read the policy above: "Your test must have more than 50 content pages/articles - Requests for multiple tests must include at least one test with 50 articles or more". --MF-W {a, b} 21:44, 5 March 2011 (UTC)reply

Note to closing bureaucrat: Wq/grc does not seem to meet the requirements of having a test administrator. Hydriz 15:21, 5 May 2011 (UTC)reply
Well, it wouldn't be possible to have a test-admin only for wq/grc as it currently only has 34 content pages, but Requests for multiple tests must include at least one test with 50 articles or more (see above). --MF-W {a, b} 16:06, 6 May 2011 (UTC)reply
Done Your test-adminship is extended to 2012-05-07 (we don't really need to wait for renewal requests) SPQRobin 20:22, 7 May 2011 (UTC)reply

I would want to be a test-admin and translator for Wp/frc. Currently, there are 51 articles. I would want to get all mediawiki pages translated for the project too. Ebe123 17:48, 5 June 2011 (UTC)reply

Note: I was here from 2 avril, 2011. Ebe123 17:55, 5 June 2011 (UTC)reply
If you want to translate the interface, please go to Translatewiki.net. Translations made there are available on all MediaWiki wikis. SPQRobin 17:53, 5 June 2011 (UTC)reply
It said "You're not allowed to edit interface messages (protectednamespace-interface)" Ebe123 17:55, 5 June 2011 (UTC)reply

The 5 day period for test-adminship requests is now over, however currently the number of pages is a bit lower than 50. --MF-W {a, b} 20:19, 12 June 2011 (UTC)reply

Odabade90 (wp/xmf)

Hello, I (Odabade90) want to be a test administrator of Mingrelian wiki project. — The preceding unsigned comment was added by Odabade90 (discussioncontribs).

The Mingrelian Wikipedia will be created soon, so it is not necessary to request test-adminship. SPQRobin 00:23, 30 June 2011 (UTC)reply
Yes, it's not necessary, but wiki requires some cleaning before it will be launched and there is no one who could remove some waste pages. Kilavagora 20:14, 1 July 2011 (UTC)reply
Can you make a list of the things that need to be cleaned so that other administrators can take care of it? Huib talkAbigor @ meta 11:56, 4 July 2011 (UTC)reply
Also, we can make sure there will be administrators on the new project. SPQRobin 23:27, 5 July 2011 (UTC)reply

I can make a list of things that I need to be cleaned, but who will delete? I don't know, who is admin. If you can help, please say me and I will give you the list. Odabade90

Can you list them in your talk page? And probably other admins will handle it. Kilavagora 22:38, 7 July 2011 (UTC)reply

Hydriz, please read the policy: "Users are given 5 days to place comments. (...)" Could you wait at least 5 days in the future? Thanks! SPQRobin 16:18, 15 July 2011 (UTC)reply
Thanks for the support and the tools, though I was surprised to see the flag before 5 days. :-) I'll avoid using them for the full 5 days, to make sure anyone with concerns has time to voice them. -Avicennasis talk? 17:01, 15 July 2011 (UTC)reply

(5 days are over now [14+5=19], no concerns arised. Tools can be used now for sure. Test-adminship "prolonged" according to that. --MF-W {a, b} 16:33, 21 July 2011 (UTC))reply

Votic Wikipedia (Wp/vot) and Bashkir Wiktionary (Wt/ba)

Hello. I've recently contacted one of the most active contributors to the Votic Wikipedia and got to know that this project is in need of an administrator. I'd like to get this status. Besides, I'd like to perform administrator tasks in Bashkir Wiktionary. Comp1089 10:53, 27 August 2011 (UTC)reply

According to the "recent" changes, you're the only person at the Bashkir wikipedia and you are not active at the votic wikipedia. For the votic wikipedia, I think that a more active user there would be better, and what's the point of being a test admin at a wiki that its only you participate in. Sysops are always there to handle deletions. Ebe123 (Talkabout it|contribs) 11:54, 27 August 2011 (UTC)reply

I was inactive there due to my entrance examinations. But now it's all over and I plan to devote more time to the Votic WP. Comp1089 13:15, 27 August 2011 (UTC)reply

Good, but what about Wt/ba? Ebe123 (Talkabout it|contribs) 15:26, 27 August 2011 (UTC)reply

In some time those who are now active in Bashkir Wikipedia (ba:) will be able to join Wt/ba here (examples: w:ba:User:Borovi4ok, w:ba:User:Саган etc). Anyway, if getting test-adminship in Wt/ba is now impossible, I could withdraw the request (its part about Wt/ba)... Comp1089 17:04, 27 August 2011 (UTC)reply

You may still request for Wp/vot. Ebe123 (Talkabout it|contribs) 19:14, 27 August 2011 (UTC)reply

OK, I withdraw my request for test-adminship on Wt/ba (but not on Wp/vot) Comp1089 15:33, 28 August 2011 (UTC)reply

For your information, you only have to register your test-adminship for one wiki. You will still be able to use your tools on Wp/vot (and other wikis). SPQRobin 18:55, 29 August 2011 (UTC)reply
I thought that we request for the wikis we want, and if its accepted we are only to test-admin at the test-wiki of which we said. Ebe123 (Talkabout it|contribs) 10:14, 31 August 2011 (UTC)reply

OK, I see. So, although I've just withdrawn my Wt/ba request, I'll still be able to use the tools there if/when I get test adminship on Wp/vot? Comp1089 04:31, 30 August 2011 (UTC)reply

No, you can use your tools anywhere. There are no technical restrictions that you can only use it for a specific test wiki. So it doesn't really matter whether you are asking it for one or two test wikis: at least one of them must qualify (Wt/ba in this case). SPQRobin 11:17, 30 August 2011 (UTC)reply

5 days are over. I'd like to know the result of this discussion. Comp1089 12:43, 1 September 2011 (UTC)reply

It should be accepted. Ebe123 (Talkabout it|contribs) 20:56, 1 September 2011 (UTC)reply
Done - Test wiki admin rights given. SPQRobin 00:14, 2 September 2011 (UTC)reply
Just to note as it seems a bit unclear: However, they may only use their tools on pages/users in their own test. Note that this is not maintained by the computer system, but by other users (mostly admins and bureaucrats). If you do something outside your test, be prepared to defend your actions or you may be desysopped. --MF-W {a, b} 10:01, 2 September 2011 (UTC)reply

I want to request for test adminship on Wp/sli, because we haven't got such user, who care of Lower Silesian Wikipedia. We have got above 500 articles and I want to organize them. Regards, Przemub 19:14, 1 November 2011 (UTC)reply

You're the only active one for the last 5000 edits so I think to just let the sysops do the actions. Ebe123 (Talkabout it|contribs) 19:29, 2 November 2011 (UTC)reply
@Ebe123: Not quite 5000 edits, as shows.
@Przemub: What are you planning to do, for example, with test-admin rights? --MF-W {a, b} 21:26, 2 November 2011 (UTC)reply
I would like obtain sysop-test rights because on this wiki we have above 700 articles, which needs review for quality and sometimes we have to, for example, delete or merge them (in sysop-test group much more rights does not). As for the comment Ebe123 I think it would be good as I could focus on improving this project, because I already knew the nuances of this project and I know quite what was need to improve, and work is a lot. I recently translated all necessary MediaWiki communicates and I want to help create a working test project ready to get its own subdomain. Przemub 14:46, 3 November 2011 (UTC)reply

I want to request for test adminship on Wb/so, because we haven't got there are no users, who care of the Somali Wikibooks. We have got above 50 articles and I want to organize them well including templates. --Mohamed Aden Ighe 23:10, 17 November 2011 (UTC)reply

@Ebe123: I would like obtain test-sysop rights because on this wiki we have less than 50 articles, which needs better review for great book quality and sometimes we have to do maintenance tasks, for example, delete or merge them. For Ebe123's comment, I think it would be good as I could focus on improving this project well, because I already know understanding here of this project and I know quite what was need to improve, and work is a lot on so Wikibooks. I want to help create a working test project ready to get its own subdomain in the future after its done and import some templates for user warnings to prepare its first so language rather that Wikipedia or Wikitionary. --Mohamed Aden Ighe 23:49, 17 November 2011 (UTC)reply

Sorry, but the import special page is not in the test-sysop package. So merging most of the time does not require any sysop intervention. So how often would be deleting pages. Ebe123 (Talkabout it|contribs) 23:59, 17 November 2011 (UTC)reply
@Ebe123 - I often delete pages if it a page has lack of information or cleanup page and possibly vandalism. I also maintain this Somali langauge Wikibooks running smoothly without problems. --Mohamed Aden Ighe 00:07, 18 November 2011 (UTC)reply
Well, you know about the five day wait. Ebe123 (Talkabout it|contribs) 01:07, 18 November 2011 (UTC)reply
Yes, I already know that. I will try to acculminate this tool for running so.wikibooks smothly. --Mohamed Aden Ighe 01:11, 18 November 2011 (UTC)reply

Note: It is stated above that the test doesn't have 50 pages yet. In this case, it wouldn't be possible to obtain test-adminship anyway. However, at the moment, this threshold has been slightly passed (ca. 52 content pages). --MF-W {a, b} 12:05, 18 November 2011 (UTC)reply

However, I can try these tools for running the Wikibooks even more faster. --Mohamed Aden Ighe 00:42, 20 November 2011 (UTC)reply
I'm afraid I don't quite understand what you mean. --MF-W {a, b} 01:38, 20 November 2011 (UTC)reply
I think he meant "more efficiently". Ebe123 (Talkabout it|contribs) 12:51, 20 November 2011 (UTC)reply

Sorry for the delay here, but I have a concern. I do not understand the language so I may be completely wrong, but the Wb/so pages seem to be more encyclopaedic (Wikipedia) than learning books (Wikibooks). SPQRobin 14:17, 27 November 2011 (UTC)reply

Not done -- I'm closing this request because, I will try to make more improvement and reapply later. Sorry for that interruption. User withdrawn --Mohamed Aden Ighe 15:42, 27 November 2011 (UTC)reply

I ask for test administrator rights in the Vepsian Wikipedia project. Игорь Бродский 11:51, 11 December 2011 (UTC)reply

Please note that the Veps Wikipedia is approved and should be created soon (bug 32510), so I'm not sure it is still needed to grant test admin rights. SPQRobin 15:25, 12 December 2011 (UTC)reply

granted, as developers are sometimes very slow with finally creating a wiki. --MF-W {a, b} 20:12, 20 December 2011 (UTC)reply
