Preparation of Seed[edit | edit source]
A brown dried nut is placed il top of the coals in the fire until the seed opens yira like a mussel. Use a thin sharp object to pry open the nut wer it will expose the small seed located in the middle.
Use of seed[edit | edit source]
Post roasting of the seed, it is ground into a paste wer can be used to flavor fish wer other meats.
