Asi lemak (Melayu: Nasi lemak; Jawi: ناسي لمق‎) iya nya pemakai Melayu ti ngundan asi wangi ti disumai ngena santan enggau daun pandan. Iya suah ditemu di Malaysia, ke alai iya dianggap nyadi pemakai nasional.[5][6][7] Iya mega nyadi pemakai asal ba kandang endur ke ngembuan populasyen etnik Melayu ke signifikan baka Singapura[8][9] enggau Selatan Thailand. Ba Indonesia, iya ulih ditemu ba beberapa bengkah endur di Sumatera, kelebih agi kandang menua Melayu baka Riau, Pulau Riau enggau Medan.[10] Iya dianggap nyadi lauk ti beguna amat ungkup pemakai pagi gaya Melayu. Asi lemak dipandangka nyadi pemakai bansa dalam brosur enggau kereban promosyen dagang temuai Malaysia.[11]
