RE:How to get Translation rights[edit source]

Yes you need to create a account in betawiki. Create the user page and have the language info to which you are going to translate the interface messages on that.

RE:How to add images[edit source]

From other wikis you cant directly use the images in the incubator articles. To use a image in a incubator article, that image has to be in 'Wikimedia Commons', which is a common media repository for all the wikis. For uploading images directly into incubator we don't have permissions, only bureaucrats have those permissions I think.

If you want to upload a image/media that you want to use in the incubator article then you need to do that in Wikimedia Commons. While uploading into Commons the Copyright info has to be given and stuff like that, about which I don't know much. I usually use the Commons images which are already existing in the incubator articles.
