We may use ⲡⲟⲩⲧⲱ for the village ابطو, I think that would be correcter.

There seems no genuine Coptic word for دسوق. We could take ⲡⲟⲩⲧⲱ `ⲙⲃⲉⲣⲓ. Or we take the Arabic name ⲧⲓⲥⲟⲩⲕ, or we translate the Arabic name.
