Final ᩡ[edit source]

It has been overgenerated in ᩋᩢ᩠ᨦᨠᩂᩇ > อังกฤษะ. -- RichardW57 (talk) 18:46, 16 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This was fixed in August --RichardW57 (talk) 14:33, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Overgeneration of เอีย[edit source]

There is an overgeneration of เอีย in ᩈᨲ᩠ᨿ᩺ > สเตีย์. -- RichardW57 (talk) 18:55, 16 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This problem was fixed in this word in August. However, the problem still remains in ᩋᩣᨶᨱ᩠ᨿ, so these two words have been added to {{xlit2/testcases}}. Note that ᩈᨲ᩠ᨿ᩺ is a hypothetical Sanskritised spelling (ᨴᩱ᩠ᨿ: สัตย์) of apocopated form of ᩈᨧ᩠ᨧ. --RichardW57 (talk) 14:33, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Ambiguity between อยั and เอียะ[edit source]

ᩉ᩠ᨿᩢᨦ and ᩈ᩠ᨿᩢᨾ᩠ᨽᩪ should transliterate to หยัง and สยัมภู, but ᨽ᩠ᨿᩢᨠ/ᨻᩕ᩠ᨿᩢᨠ should transliterate to เภีย็ก/เพรีย็ก. At present, the latter transliteration is being chosen. -- RichardW57 (talk) 08:47, 2 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Final Non-subscript ᩁ to be Transliterated as น[edit source]

This has not been implemented, and non-implementation affects the final letter of the following test words: ᨠᩖᩨᩁ ᨠᩮᩬᩥ᩵ᩁ ᨠ᩠ᩅ᩠ᨿᩁ ᨠ᩠ᩅᩮᩁ --RichardW57 (talk) 14:33, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Unhandled Closed Short Vowel[edit source]

ᨠᩬᩢᨠ and ᩉᩖ᩠ᩅᩢᨠ are not handled. The former should be handled, but the second is very much the exception - the combination normally represents /wa/, not /ua/. --RichardW57 (talk) 14:33, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Contracted Words[edit source]

The contraction ᨴᩘ᩠ᩃᩣ᩠ᨿ is missing too much to be transliterated algorithmically. WON'T FIX. --RichardW57 (talk) 14:33, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Subscript ᨭᩛ[edit source]

As in ᩋᩢ᩠ᨭᩛ. This should automatically be converted to subscript ᨮ. --RichardW57 (talk) 14:33, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

ᨷ to be Transliterated as ป[edit source]

As for example in ᨷᩤᨶ. It may not be possible to handle cases like this algorithmically. The only clue in this word is the implicit final vowel, which cue would be complex to implement even if reliable. --RichardW57 (talk) 14:33, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Missing Final Implicit Vowel[edit source]

Examples in the test cases that come from MFL are ᩈᨶ᩠ᨲᩮᩣᩈ ᨾᨶ᩠ᨴᩥᩁ ᩋᩣᨣᨶ᩠ᨲᩩᨠ. However, it is by no means obvious that these words are not pronunciation doublets, with and without final implicit vowel. --RichardW57 (talk) 14:33, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Misplaced Preposed Vowel[edit source]

The test result

shows two errors in yielding สัโนตส. Not only is the final vowel missing as compared to the MFL, but the preposed vowel occurs in the wrong place. -- RichardW57 (talk) 16:39, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Dead Indexes in Variable keoext[edit source]
