These are pages that contain non-local links generated by calls to {{wn/shn/W}}.

The non-existent local targets of those {{wn/shn/W}} calls may be candidates for creation. A possible procedure:

• Create the Wikinews category to which the local target would redirect.
• Consider populating that category before creating the redirect, so that text links to it will already be useful when first introduced.
• Create the target redirect to the created category.
