No, it's not possible. Besides the fact that modern Vietnamese (and thus the Vietnamese Wikipedia) contains many, many words that didn't exist even a century ago, there's the issue that every modern Vietnamese word has multiple, completely different meanings, and the same goes for chữ Nôm, where most characters were chosen for their pronunciation at the time. For example, the modern Vietnamese word đồng has nine meanings and 36 corresponding Nôm characters, with no way to determine which character goes where in the sentence.
