I thought this would be more efficient because now we can make a different version between those who already have a project in that language and those who haven't. You can add text, or we can wait for other opinions, I don't know... SPQRobin 16:21, 13 December 2007 (UTC)

Typing mistake?

"So you start a new Wikipedia. Has the language a valid language code?"

Wikipedia? How about someone who wants to start others like Wiktionary or Wikibooks?

So I think this must be "Wikimedia", not "Wikipedia". I've changed it by myself. If anyone has different ideas, talk here.

Well, my intention was that the first project someone wants to start is a Wikipedia. But indeed there are already languages which have only a Wiktionary. So yes, your change was good.
