คาบสมุทรบอลข่าน (อังกฤษ: Balkans) เป็นชื่อทางประวัติศาสตร์และภูมิศาสตร์ หมายถึงดินแดนทางด้านตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของทวีปยุโรป มีพื้นที่ประมาณ 550,000 ตร.กม. และมีประชากรรวมกันราว 53 ล้านคน ชื่อนี้มาจากชื่อของเทือกเขาบอลข่านที่พาดผ่านใจกลางประเทศบัลแกเรียไปยังด้านตะวันออกของสาธารณรัฐเซอร์เบีย
