第275條
教唆或幫助他人使之自殺，或受其囑託或得其承諾而殺之者，處一年以上、七年以下有期徒刑。
前項之未遂犯罰之。
謀為同死而犯第一項之罪者，得免除其刑。
- Article 275
- A person who abet or assist another to commit suicide or who causes the death of another upon his request or with his consent shall be sentenced to imprisonment for not less than one year but not more than seven years.
- An attempt to commit an offense specified in the preceding paragraph is punishable.
- If two or more persons agree to die together and commit an offense specified in paragraph 1, the punishment may be remitted.[1]
