Thomas Parnell (11 September 167924 Oktober 1718) merupakan seorang pemuisi yang dilahirkan di Dublin dan dididik di Kolej Tritunggal, Dublin. Beliau merupakan teman kepada kedua-dua Alexander Pope dan Jonathan Swift, menyertai Kelab Scriblerus, menyumbang kepada The Spectator dan membantu Paus dalam terjemahan The Iliadnya. Beliau merupakan salah seorang pemuisi yang kononnya digelar "Pemuisi-pemuisi Graveyard": 'A Night-Piece on Death,'nya dianggap ramai sebagai puisi "Sekolah Graveyard" pertama, telah diterbitkan selepas kematiannya dalam Poems on Several Occasions.
