Thomas Chandler Haliburton (17 Disember 1796 – 27 Ogos 1865) merupakan salah seorang pengarang utama Kanada yang pertama. Dia juga merupakan hakim di samping merupakan seorang ahli Parlimen Kanada untuk beberapa tahun yang singkat.
