Nora Shea was the first Aboriginal woman to become a public servant in Western Australia wer worked for the Department of Aboriginal Affairs. She was also the secretary of the Coolbaroo Club.
Nora was present at the unveiling of a commemorative plaque for Daisy Bates in 1954.
