- djinang is a Noongar word for 'look': djinang-iny - look, see; djinangboort - invisible (lit. unable to see).[1]
- It is also used as part of a farewell phrase: djinang moorditj - take care[1] (lit. look strong), boordawan djinang - see you later (lit. later see)
- Alternatively Djinang is a language found in Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory. Djinang is a part of the Yolŋu language family—consisting of 11 other languages.
