Brookton Reserve, in the town of Brookton,[1] was established in 1935 as a Native Camping Reserve.[2]

The Reserve was handed back to the Noongar community in 2003.[3] It was the first boodjar in the south west to be transferred under the Aboriginal Lands Trust's (ALT’s) boodjar transfer program.[3]
