Council of State da pin’ilnɛ dɔlisid Articles 89 paae 92 dinɛ bɛ Ghana yʋʋm tusir, kɔbiswai nɛ piswai nɛ yi wada gbaʋŋʋn la (1992 Constitution of Ghana): "Council of State na bɛ ka sa’an Zuraan la on na tʋmi o tʋʋma si’em."[1]

Nimbanɛ bɛ Council of State ni anɛ Chief Justice kʋdʋg tis Ghana, Chief of the Defence Staff kʋdʋg nɛ Inspector General of Police kʋdʋg paasnɛ onɛ an Zuraani tis National House of Chiefs.
