老酒索麵，復號𡅏卵酒索麵，是馬祖蜀碗野出名其麵[1]。馬祖儂做月裡[1]，或且討海轉來會食[2]。

材料

卵、索麵、鹽、油[1]。

做法

  1. 薑母削好，卵拍好
  2. 薑母落去炸鼎
  3. 卵落去煎囇
  4. 老酒炸鼎
  5. 鼎裡勢其卵共酒鏟出來，攖碗裡勢
  6. 碗裡勢酒介加仂囝[註 1]，等囇麵煮好攖裡來乍有味
  7. 配加裡[2]
  8. 鹹其麵廮滾湯𡅏煮囇拌囇[1]
  9. 做好，攖碗裡勢[2]

備註
