[edit | edit source]- 使手來鼓肉餡
- 鼓好其肉餡,使白糖調面上
- 介加上冬瓜糖共梅舌
- 將肉餡、油共麵粉摳蜀堆鼓,做成混合餡
- 將混合餡包上皮。餡共皮按8:2其比例來做
- 使擀麵杖將餅壓平
- 敆餅其面上施仂囝芝麻
- 將餅廮烤箱底勢,使270度温度來烤
- 烤仂久將餅反過來,介烤仂久[4]
