"objects to the creation of new Wikiversity wikis until the Wikiversity people themselves indicate that it is a good idea that a new language version of their project is started" <-- I do not understand why this newly invention requirement is being imposed. The Wikiversity mission calls for the creation of new Wikiversity websites for specific languages and this has never been questioned or qualified by the Wikiversity community. It looks like the only solution to this problem is for the Wikiversity community to by-pass the Language subcommittee and find another way to move ahead. -JWSchmidt
