I'm a physicist from Sweden, with a broad education spanning fields from theology to linguistics. Chronic student, main goal in life is to learn everything :-). Some progress so far, with degrees in engineering, economics, physics, and linguistics. The past decade I've mainly been on the other side of the classroom, and have discovered, somewhat to my surprise, both that I like teaching, and that my students like my teaching. So for many years I made a living trying to convince prospective teachers that they ought to introduce the kids to the wonderful world of physics. Now I am in university management, at Dalarna University.

My main haunt on Wikipedia is on the Swedish version; see my page there.

I am an active bot user, mainly using my bot Lsjbot to create articles about animal and plant species, on Swedish Wikipedia, Cebuano Wikipedia, and Waray-Waray Wikipedia. In total the bot has created about 3 million articles, making it the largest single creator of articles on Wikipedia. The bot was the subject of considerable media attention in July 2014, starting with an article in Wall Street Journal[1], followed by additional publicity in a large number of other media outlets.
