Anne Blackwood, born in Illinois, has lived in the Bay Area, Los Altos California, for most of her life. A psychology major, she owns her own Life Coaching and Counseling business. From a very young age Anne was intrigued with the idea of being a musician, with even teachers constantly pushing her towards a career in singing. In 2001 Anne worked on a project with Tami Mulcahy called Kids Rock, where Anne sings lead vocals on the title track Kids Rock. In Highschool Anne pursed photography doing a number of shoots for local bands as well as her own artistic works. Out of Highschool Anne pursued photography, finding art school was not palletable, moved on to counseling psychology as it came just as naturally and the schooling more so.

Since 2010 Anne has been working with Stemcell Films on a number of projects. As off December of 2016, together they have been working on a music video project, brought about because of a cover contest, which is in the process of a revision.
