ⲡⲉⲣⲉⲙⲟⲩⲛ is rather (Tell) el-Farama. First you translated it literally as ⲉⲙⲃⲣⲱ `ⲛⲥⲁⲉⲓⲧ, which is a good idea if there's no traditional Coptic name for it. I saw هاني القبطي using ⲡⲟⲣⲥⲁⲓⲧ which is OK, as it is also not literally translated into Arabic, but I'm happier with a Coptic name. --ⲁϩⲙⲉⲧ (talk) 13 September 2017
