The Greek prefix is attested in some Coptic words as ⲁⲩⲧⲟ-. Should we use that or are you fine with ⲟⲧⲟ ⲟⲑⲟ, taking the word simply from Arabic which is likewise legitimate? I'd write either ⲁⲩⲧⲟⲡⲟⲩⲥ or ⲟⲧⲟⲡⲟⲩⲥ. I think it's no big deal and we could use both variants. I doubt that Copts would make the effort to pronounce the diphthong "aw" if in Arabic itself its "o" which they are used to, and the sound similar anyway. But if we use etymological spelling, ⲁⲩⲧⲟ- would make sense. ⲁϩⲙⲉⲧ (talk) 13:40, 17 September 2020 (UTC)
