Why not ⲕⲩⲃϯ which is attested in Bohairic? And why not ⲕⲩⲡϯⲟⲥ if the spelling is preferred? ⲁⲛⲉⲯⲓⲟⲩⲥⲓⲣⲓ (talk) 18:16, 29 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I'm indifferent. I think I would have written ⲕⲩⲡϯⲟⲥ with ϯ, but ϯ is often not used in Greek and Greekish words, so it's fine. Sometimes this also happens with Egyptian words too ⲧⲓⲟⲩ and ϯⲟⲩ ⲁϩⲙⲉⲧ (talk) 01:45, 30 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Coptic has a letter ϯ, so we should use it. ⲁⲛⲉⲯⲓⲟⲩⲥⲓⲣⲓ (talk) 21:14, 21 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hmm. I mean I'm not sure if I care too much about such things. But yeah, what is our policy? Always ϯ for ⲧⲓ or not? ⲁϩⲙⲉⲧ (talk) 16:17, 24 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
So, again. I agree it is not urgent. But can we use ϯ? I mean, for what reason do we have such a letter? ⲁⲛⲉⲯⲓⲟⲩⲥⲓⲣⲓ (talk) 20:41, 5 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
As you said, I don't think it's urgent. Frankly, I don't care. Because nobody else wrote anything here and objected, it seems like others also don't care. If you want to change it, do it. But keep in mind it's a category, and you need to change all connected pages. ⲁϩⲙⲉⲧ (talk) 03:26, 6 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
