Mandar (also Andian, Manjar, Mandharsche) is an Austronesian language spoken on West Sulawesi - Majene and Polewali-Mamasa districts (Indonesia) and in a few settlements on the islands of Pangkep District (South Sulawesi) and at Ujung Lero (near Pare-Pare, South Sulawesi).Speakers 200,000 (1985) http://www.ethnologue.com/show_language.asp?code=mdr

According to the Ethnologue, it is written in the Lontara (Buginese) script.
