I love the idea of an independent project incubator, and even tried to propose something like this on Meta called m:Wikikernel. Other similar projects have been proposed from time to time.

While I'll try to watch what is going on with this project, I'm most easily contacted with my account on Wikibooks, where I'm an administrator. Urgent request should go there, although project related content can be put on my user talk page here.

Let's see where this project is going to go.
