• hey is an interjection that is An exclamation to get attention, and it is not necessarily follwed by vocative (منادى), while [O]is the nearest translation although we both know that ;it is an obsolete word and not used any more in modern english.Thank you very much for adding the IPA pronunciations.

• ex.Hey, look at this! ( not a vocative)
• ex. O'Lord!! ( vocative)
