日本語: 大阪市北区大淀中1丁目の新梅田シティ。積水ハウス、青木建設（現 青木あすなろ建設）、東芝、ダイハツディーゼルによる再開発地区で、第14回大阪まちなみ賞（1994年度）の大阪府知事賞を受賞した。梅田スカイビル（中央右）は地上40階・地下2階、2棟で構成される高層ビル。1993年3月竣工。建築主は積水ハウス。設計は原広司＋アトリエ・ファイ建築研究所、木村俊彦構造設計事務所、竹中工務店。施工は竹中工務店、大林組、鹿島建設、青木建設からなる共同企業体。ウェスティンホテル大阪（中央左）は地上28階・地下3階。1993年5月竣工。建築主はアオキ・アーバン・デベロップメント。設計・施工は青木建設。大阪ターミナルビル（アクティ大阪）27階の北展望ロビーから撮影した。 English: Photograph of Shin Umeda City in Kita-ku, Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. |
