English: DhiNki (ଢ଼ିଙ୍କି) - A home based indigenous Indian agriculture equipment to process food grains by husking and milling the raw and whole grains. These indigenous food processing equipment is mostly found in coastal India and this used by the Indians since from inception. Basicaly Women from the houses/community using this equipment for final process of food grains to make it edible; rice husking etc.
