Notes on Chine volant, the second (final) state after the fissure in the stone, one of a handful of impressions in greenish-gray, signed in pencil, numbered 13/25 (the edition was 100 or 600), with margins (lower margin folded back ¾-in.), pale time staining, minor surface soiling, a few minor tears and losses along the right and left margin edges, a ¼-in. puncture at the lower right margin (just above the signature), a small skinned area in the upper left margin (with associated rubbing), taped to the support at the reverse of upper margin corners, otherwise in good condition, framed
