แกมเบีย (อังกฤษ: The Gambia) หรือชื่ออย่างเป็นทางการว่า สาธารณรัฐแกมเบีย (อังกฤษ: Republic of The Gambia) เป็นประเทศในแอฟริกาตะวันตก จัดเป็นประเทศที่เล็กที่สุดในแผ่นดินใหญ่ของทวีปแอฟริกา ถูกล้อมด้วยเซเนกัลสามด้าน ยกเว้นด้านตะวันตกติดกับมหาสมุทรแอตแลนติก มีเมืองหลวงชื่อบันจูล แต่เมืองที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศคือเซเรกุนดา ประเทศนี้ตั้งอยู่รอบแม่น้ำแกมเบีย ซึ่งเป็นแม่น้ำที่ไหลผ่านกลางประเทศไปลงมหาสมุทรแอตแลนติก
