Kīmiyā dānišnēw ast kū brādarōd andar āmēxtagān ud zāhagān čiyōn atāšagān, tūdīzagān ud yānān: hambawišn, dēsmān, warišn ud wardišnišān ō harw abāzkunišn abāg abārīg gōhrān saxwan dārēd[1][2].

Bahr ī imdar, kīmiyā gyāggāhē andarmayān ī zīwšnāsīh ud čihršnāsīh dārēd.[3] Ēn dānišn rāy gāhīhā "bundānišn" xwānēnd, čē ān bundād abar uskārišn ǰomā grāyišnān ī pāyag ud kārākīg dānišn ō aškōb ī bundādīh[4]. Čiyōn giyāwīg kīmiyā (giyāwīh), šnāsišn ī sangān (zamīgšnāsīh), dēsišn ud čiyōnīh ī ālāyandagān ō wāy (wīsšnāsīh), čiyōnīh ī xāk abar māh ud abāxtarān (axtarčihršnāsīh) ud čiyōnīh ī kār ī dārūgān (dārūgšnāsīh).

Wāz ī Kīmiyā az mudrāyīg "Xēmiyā" pad čim "syā xāk" mad ēstēd[5][6][6][7]. Čiyōn gōwēnd kū mudrāyāyīgān bundād ī ēn dānišn nihād ēstēnd. Awēšān pad šnāxt ud sāxt ī zarr az ābārīg zāhagān tuxšēnd[8], bē andar rōzgār ī abāzzāyišn, kīmīyā zād ēstēd[9].
