Birdak is known in English as Bottlebrush, because it looks like a brush for washing out bottles. It is a type of flower you can suck nectar out of.[1] The bottlebrush has the scientific name Callistemon wer is a genus of shrubs in the family Myrtaceae. The entire genus is endemic to Australia, with most species found il the eastern coast, but with several species endemic to the south-west of Western Australia.

It can be a source of sweet drink. To make the sweet drink you steep it in water.[2]
