Yunivasite ya Busitema (BU) n'eitendekyero rya Yunivasite omuri Uganda. N'emwe aha Yunivasite za Gavumenti n'amatendekyero agarikuhayo za diguri omu ihanga.[1] eine kampusi mukaaga ezitarikushushana okwetoroora eihanga; zoona ziri omu kicweka ky'oburugwa izooba bwa Uganda. Yunivasite nayo eine omwanya gw'okwegyeramu omu rurembo rwa Tororo, ogurikuta amaani omu koosi nkye n'koosi z'okutendeka ezirikwegamira emyoga.[2]
BU eine ekigyendererwa kyayo ekikuru omu kwegyesa eby'obuhingi n'oburiisa, ebyoma by'obuhingi n'oburiisa, n'eby'obushubuzi bw'eby'obuhingi n'oburiisa.[3] Endijo ni eya inginiyaringi, obwegyese bwa sayansi, eby'amagara, eby'obuhangwa n'eby'obuhangwa bw'ensi, eby'obuhingi n'oburiisa n'eby'amatungo, eby'obutegyeki hamwe n'eby'emikono.[4]

[edit | edit source]BU eine kampusi yaayo enkuru omuri Busitema, disiturikiti ya Busia aha ruguuto rwa Jinja - Tororo, kiromita nka 26 (mayiro 16), aha ruguuto, omu mashuuma g'oburengyerwa-izooba bwa Tororo, orurembo orurikuri haihi.[5] Omwanya ogu guri kiromita nka 186 (mayiro 116), aha ruguuto, omu burugwa izooba bwa Kampala, orurembo orukuru kandi orurikukirayo obuhango omuri Uganda.[6] Koordinate za yunivasite enkuru ni 0°32'42.0"N, 34°01'30.0"E (Latitude:0.5450; Longitude:34.0250).[7]
