Gifty Twum-Ampofo bu wuuri 11 June 1967 wɔ miɛ bo bu fere i ka Kukuratumi na i wo Eastern Region Ghana fɛn.[6] I kɔɔri kara deeri GCE O LEVEL kadasi 1986 afɔ n wɔ na wɔ ade GCE A LEVEL 1989 afɔ ni.[7]

Na wɔ akɔ University of Cape Coast. Dɔ ye i deeri i BSc in Biology 1997 afɔ ni.[8] Na wɔ tɔsu akɔ School ade MBA in Strategic Management 2018 afɔ ni.[9] I kaaki deeri i BSc fite University of Ghana.
