Bu wuuri Manu-Adabor 24 September,  1960 wɔ Biemso No.1 Ashanti Region, Ghana fɛn lɛɛ.[4] I nyaari i Ordinary Level afɔ 1979 na wɔ anya i Advanced Level afɔ 1981. I nyaari Bachelor of science digiri fa fiteeri Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Na wɔ anya i postgraduate diploma afa fite Obafemi University. I kaaki nyaari Master digiri fiteeri University College, London (UCL) wɔ. I yo ti sɔnɔ bo i la kadasi na i sunsun asiɛn wɔ.[1]

Manu-Adabor is a member of NPP.[6] He was a majority member of the 6th parliament of the 4th republic of Ghana. He was re-elected in the 2020 general election to represent in the 8th Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana. He won the parliamentary seat with 15,136 votes making 53.80% of the total votes whiles the NDC parliamentary candidate Yakubu Mohammed had 12,999 votes making 46.20% of the total votes ti NPP fɔ wɔ.[6] I yo wo MPim bo bu tɔɔsu nsɛn su n nu, nyini sanga i dɛɛ bue fɔm ni sunu a. 2020 mba tu afɔ ni, i diiri biɛ n wɔ na wɔ awura Palamenti abuka MPim bo bu tɔɔsu mɔcuɛ su Ghana Palamenti n nu.
