This is a legitimate role account authorized by the Wikimedia Foundation. Please contact the Wikimedia Foundation with any questions about its activities.
This account is used to ensure timely metrics for the WMF Operations staff when those metrics require physical actions on the wiki (edit save speed, etc). It will not edit outside its own user space.
