You tried to add a new external link on your own user page. Because a lot of spambots do this as well, this action is prevented. If you wanted to add a link to your user page on another wiki, please do it with an interwiki link, e.g. [[:en:User:Name]] if you are the user "Name" on the English Wikipedia.
