There should be an Old Provencal incubator page to facilitate the study and revitalization of the language. There has been an issue creating the main page, with lack of ISO lang code cites as the issue, however the code is pro. — The preceding unsigned comment was added by Fiskos127 (discussioncontribs) 17:25, 9 January 2023 (UTC).[reply]

As this is an extinct / non-living language, it is not possible. --MF-W {a, b} 16:29, 10 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

your reason here. --Wop thy (talk) 13:40, 24 April 2023 (UTC) The standard Moroccan Amazigh language is one of the official languages in Morocco, and we hope to accept this request in order to expand the scope of the Wikipedia community, as well as in order to facilitate research! There are more than 20 million speakers of this language, and I hope to accept the request[reply]

Assamese Wikivoyage is a valuable addition because it provides a platform for travelers and tourists to access information about Assam in their native language. Assamese is widely spoken in the region, and having a dedicated Wikivoyage in Assamese allows local residents and visitors to explore Assam's diverse culture, traditions, tourist attractions, and practical travel tips in a language they are comfortable with. It promotes regional tourism, preserves local knowledge, and encourages more people to explore and appreciate the beauty of Assam. --Thesaurabhsaha (talk) 13:46, 2 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You can do this under Wy/as. Syunsyunminmin (talk) 09:42, 3 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Haryanvi Wikiproject

Haryanvi language is a popular language in India and Pakistan. Speakers from both countries can easily understand speech in the Haryanvi language. However, people from both countries cannot understand the written text of the other side. Because in Pakistan Haryanvi is written in RTL Shahmukhi script and in India, this is written in LTRDevanagari script. Currently, there is an incubator project for the Devanagari script at Wp/bgc, not for the Shahmukhi script. Please note that for the same reason, there are 2 Wikipedia for one Punjabi language. One is pa.wikipedia.org which is in Gurmukhi script which is common in India and pnb.wikipedia.org which is in Shahmukhi script and common in Pakistan.--Ameen Akbar (talk) 11:32, 30 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If there is no separate ISO 639-3 code, this might be a bit difficult. Would you mind explaining the problem on m:Requests for new languages/Wikipedia Haryanvi? Then we can go from there to see what could be a solution. --MF-W {a, b} 13:48, 30 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Done. Hope you will help us to fulfill the requirement. --Ameen Akbar (talk) 16:47, 30 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

We want to start a Wikipedia language for Chavacano Caviteño, the second biggest variety of Chavacano. According to the discussions for starting the Chavacano Zamboangueño wikipedia, they settled on cbk-zam code because there are major differences between the Zamboangueño and Caviteño varieties. This means there is a chance to start a separate wikipedia for the Caviteño variety. We want to establish it in the near future, but will start via Incubator to test its viability to be a part of Wikipedia. Here is the link to the discussion in Wikipedia: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Chavacano LongganisaSeller (talk) 12:36, 9 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest you to use the Chabacano Wikipedia and add a template indicating the article is written in Caviteño, as it occurs here. --Caro de Segeda (talk) 12:37, 9 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Antiguan and Barbudan Creole is the largest variety of Leeward Caribbean Creole English. It is spoken by 87.5% of the Antigua and Barbuda population. This would really assist with helping people learn the language, and help preserve the language. This is why it is necessary to have an Antiguan and Barbudan Creole incubator page. CROIX (talk) 14:28, 3 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like there is no problem and you can go ahead. --MF-W {a, b} 07:12, 11 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
