Incubator:Administrators' noticeboard
This is the page to request attention from test administrators, administrators and bureaucrats. Note what they can do.
Administrators can:
- protect and unprotect pages
- delete and undelete pages
- delete images and other uploaded files
- block and unblock users
- edit the interface and other protected pages
- use the built-in rollback functionality
Test administrators can do the same (except protecting and unprotecting pages), but only within their tests (therefore they cannot edit the interface).
- Exception: As rollback is only appropriate to use in cases of vandalism, test-administrators can use that feature anywhere they see vandalism.
Bureaucrats can do all the above, as well as:
- grant administrator/bureaucrat status
- grant/revoke test-administrator status
- grant/revoke bot flags
- rename users [now mostly obsolete in favor of global accounts and unified login]
Note: Only Stewards may remove adminship or bureaucratship. If you want this to be done go to Requests for permissions at the Meta-Wiki.

Bot running on a temp account?
[edit source]I'm assuming ~2026-15529-60 (talk | contribs) isn't an authorized bot, since the incubator bot policy says that bots to mass-create pages aren't generally approved, and I don't see a bot approval request. Not sure if a local admin wants to mass-delete the pages or just block them. lp0 on fire () 20:29, 11 March 2026 (UTC)
- As the IP stopped editing, and the pages don't obviously look like vandalism, I think they can stay. But it the future, running a bot should be discussed before and under an account. --MF-W {a, b} 11:29, 20 March 2026 (UTC)

Media Wiki pages
[edit source]I want to put the these Media Wiki pages on incubator but I couldnt create them:

Test wiki for Wp/nan-hant
[edit source]I was trying to create a test wiki for Hokkien (trad. Han script) but was blocked by a warning message instructing me to come here. What should I do? B Arbre6 (talk) 09:35, 6 April 2026 (UTC)

Cannot create Wp/hnm/Main Page
[edit source]There are users interested in contributing to the Hainanese Wikipedia test project. But creation of pages is blocked because of unknown ISO code. I hope someone would fix this. Thanks. --魔琴 (talk) 13:38, 10 April 2026 (UTC)
