English: The owner of this insignia states RULES REGARDING ITS USE at http://www.rvk.is/Portaldata/1/Resources/skjol/merki/Reglur.pdf . There seem to be limitations on use in self-representation (other than that of the municipiality itself) of organizations, sport teams etc. but not on use intended to describe the subject for educational purpose.
